腹腔镜联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果及对患者卵巢功能的影响

摘要目的探究腹腔镜联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果及对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2014年12月～2016年2月在我院住院治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者150例，根据其治疗方式的不同，分为对照组及观察组，各75例。对照组患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上结合口服孕三烯酮，比较两组患者的临床疗效及两种激素的变化。结果两组患者的手术时间及术中出血量比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组患者的住院时间为（6.7±1.7）d，明显优于对照组患者的（8.7±1.5）d（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的临床有效率为98.7%，明显高于对照组患者的89.3%（P＜0.05）；观察组患者卵巢功能恢复均明显优于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症能够起到良好的临床疗效，并提高卵巢的功能，效果优于单纯腹腔镜手术治疗的患者。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo probe into the effect of laparoscopy combined with gestrinone in treatment of endometriosis and influence of patients with ovarian function.Methods150 cases of patients with endometriosis and who accepted treatments in our hospital from December 2014 to February 2016 were selected,and according to the different treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.Patients of the control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,while in the observation group,on the basis of treatment in the control group,they were treated with oral administration of gestrinone.Then,the clinical efficacy and the changes of patients in the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in operation time and blood loss during the operation between the two groups(P＞0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation group was(6.7±1.7)d,which was significantly better than that in the control group[(8.7±1.5)d](P＜0.05);the clinical effective rate in the observation group was 98.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(89.3%)(P＜0.05);the recovery of ovarian function was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with gestrinone in treatment of endometriosis and influence of patients with ovarian function is good,which can improve the function of the ovary,and the effect is better than the patients with laparoscopic surgery.
