Intubation laryngoscope photopic im pact analysis of the target concentration of anesthesia and anesthetic effects of general anesthesia patients

Abstract:Objective To study the bright laryngoscope for endotracheal intubation and anesthesia anesthesia target concentration of patients for clinical anesthesiology.Methods 68 cases of patients undergoing general anesthesia for surgery between May 2011 to September 2015 in our hospitalwere selected as an object,depending on themode of intubation patients were divided into two groups and 34 patients in each group.The observation group were treated by photopic laryngoscope tracheal intubation,the control group was treated with the traditional direct laryngoscopy.In the process of patients with anesthesia,anesthesia in usage of induction drugs and methods of use of propofol were the same,the sequential determination of patients for half effective target propofol inhibit stress reaction controlled concentration analysis,photopic laryngoscope for general anesthesia with tracheal intubation anesthesia and the anesthetic effect of target controlled concentration of patients.Results The heart rate andmean arterial pressure before and after anesthesia of observation group compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The patients in the observation group during intubation for heart ratewas(83.5±9.1)/min,themean arterial pressure was(19.2±2.2)kPa,patients in the control group during intubation for heart rate was(104.5±9.6)/min,themean arterial pressure was(26.5± 3.4)kPa,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngoscope photopic patient during general anesthesia,the anesthetic effect in patientswith good hemodynamic stability display and should be introduced in clinical anesthesiology.
