摘要目的 探讨3D 急救模式在胸痛中心抢救中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年4月至8月英德市人民医院急诊科胸痛中心收治的58 例胸痛患者为观察组，2017年1月至2018年6月同院未成立胸痛中心期间收治的37 例胸痛患者为对照组。对照组采用常规急救流程，观察组采用胸痛中心3D 急救模式。比较两组入门至球囊扩张时间（D to B 时间）、首次医疗接触到首份心电图时间、首份心电图完成至首份心电图确诊时间、肌钙蛋白获得时间、导管室激活时间及远程传输比例。 结果 观察组D to B 时间、首次医疗接触到首份心电图时间、首份心电图完成至首份心电图确诊时间、肌钙蛋白获得时间、导管室激活时间短于对照组，远程传输比例高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 3D 急救模式应用于胸痛中心抢救中，利于缩短各项诊治环节所需时间，提高救治效率，值得临床应用。
Abstract：Objective To discuss the application effect of 3D first aid mode in the rescue of chest pain center. Methods A total of 58 patients with chest pain admitted to the chest pain center of Department of Emergency in People′s Hospital of Yingde City from April to August 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 37 patients with chest pain admitted to the same hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 when chest pain center wasn′t established were selected as the control group. The control group used conventional first aid procedures, and the observation group used the 3D first aid mode of the chest pain center. The door to balloon time (D to B time), the time from the first medical contact to the first electrocardiogram, the time from the completion of the first electrocardiogram to the first electrocardiogram diagnosis, troponin acquisition time, catheter room activation time and remote transmission ratio of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group′s D to B time, the first medical contact to the first electrocardiogram time, the first electrocardiogram completion to the first electrocardiogram diagnosis time, troponin acquisition time and catheter room activation time were shorter than those of the control group, and the remote transmission ratio was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The 3D first aid mode is used in the rescue of chest pain centers, which is beneficial to shorten the time required for various diagnosis and treatment links, improve the efficiency of treatment, and is worthy of clinical application.
