Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing (ERAS) after esophageal stent placement in patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=50) and study group (n=50) by random drawing method.Routine nursing was used after the operation in the control group, and ERAS intervention was used after the placement of esophageal stent in the study group. The surgical-related indicators, mental state scores, and total clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative defecation time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative time of being off bed,and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) score in the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of clinical nursing in the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For advanced esophageal cancer performed with esophageal stent placement, it is of great value to jointly carry out ERAS intervention.
