痛点注射联合中频电疗仪促进脑卒中患者功能康复的应用效果

摘要目的探讨痛点注射联合中频电疗仪促进脑卒中患者功能康复的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2020年12月广东省英德市人民医院收治的83 例脑卒中患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（41 例）和观察组（42 例）。对照组予以患者中频电疗仪治疗，观察组在对照组基础上实施痛点注射治疗技术，均干预4 周。比较两组的疼痛评分、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力与平衡能力。结果两组患者干预前疼痛评分、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力与平衡能力评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者干预后疼痛评分低于干预前，上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能、日常生活能力、平衡能力评分高于干预前，且观察组干预后疼痛评分低于对照组，上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能、日常生活能力、平衡能力评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论痛点注射联合中频电疗仪用于脑卒中患者中效果显著，能够减轻患者疼痛程度，改善上肢与下肢运动功能及平衡功能，进而恢复部分日常生活能力。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of pain point injection combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy on promoting functional rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods A total of 83 stroke patients who were admitted to the People′s Hospital of Yingde City，Guangdong Province from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group (n=41) and the observation group (n=42) according to the random number table method. The control group were treated with intermediate frequency electrotherapy，and the observation group were added with pain point injection therapy on the basis of the control group，and both groups were intervened for 4 weeks. The pain score，limb motor function，ability of daily living and balance ability were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in pain scores，limb motor function，ability of daily living or balance ability scores between the two groups of patients before intervention (P＞0.05). The pain scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention，and the scores of limb motor function，ability of daily living，and balance ability were higher than those before intervention，with statistical significances (P＜0.05). The pain score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group； after intervention，the upper limb motor function，lower limb motor function，ability of daily living，and balance ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，with statistical significances (P＜0.05). Conclusion The pain point injection combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy is effective in patients with stroke，which can reduce the pain of patients，improve the motor function and balance function of the upper and lower limbs，and restore part of the ability of daily living.
