Abstract:Objective To analyze the detection results of coagulation function indexes and related factors in patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 50 cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 50 cases of intrauterine pregnancy who came to our hospital for normal labor examination at the same time were selected as the control group. The levels of endometrial stripe thickness (EST),coagulation function index, human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) and progesterone (P) were compared between the two groups. Results The level of EST in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of fibrinogen (FIB) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),prothrombin time (PT) and thrombin time (TT) in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of β-HCG and P in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious changes in coagulation function indexes of ectopic pregnancy patients, and there are significant differences in β-HCG,P levels and normal intrauterine pregnancy, clinical diagnosis can be assisted by the detection of these indicators.
