专职监管下链式转运流程对急危重症孕产妇母婴结局的影响

摘要目的探讨专职监管下链式转运流程对急危重症孕产妇母婴结局的影响。方法选取2018 年12 月至2020年12 月赣州市医疗急救中心转送的60 例危急重症孕产妇为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各30 例。对照组产妇采用常规转运流程，观察组产妇采用专职监管下链式转运流程，比较两组产妇的救治效果、不良母婴结局总发生率及满意度。结果观察组呼救及时率、院前抢救成功率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组不良母婴结局总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论专职监管下链式转运流程对急危重症孕产妇母婴结局改善具有明确效果，能提高救治效果，改善母婴结局，且满意度高，更易于孕产妇接受，推荐使用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of chain transport process under full-time supervision on maternal and infant outcomes of critically ill pregnant women. Methods A total of 60 cases of critical and severe pregnant women transferred from Ganzhou Medical Emergency Center from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional transport process, and the observation group was treated with the chain transport process under full-time supervision. The treatment effect, the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The timely rate of call and the success rate of pre-hospital rescue in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Chain transfer process under full-time supervision has a clear effect on improving maternal and infant outcomes of critically ill pregnant women, which can improve the treatment effect and improve maternal and infant outcomes, and has high satisfaction and is more acceptable to pregnant women.
