Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of chain transport process under full-time supervision on maternal and infant outcomes of critically ill pregnant women. Methods A total of 60 cases of critical and severe pregnant women transferred from Ganzhou Medical Emergency Center from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional transport process, and the observation group was treated with the chain transport process under full-time supervision. The treatment effect, the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The timely rate of call and the success rate of pre-hospital rescue in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Chain transfer process under full-time supervision has a clear effect on improving maternal and infant outcomes of critically ill pregnant women, which can improve the treatment effect and improve maternal and infant outcomes, and has high satisfaction and is more acceptable to pregnant women.
