Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing in patients with recurrent diabetic foot (DF) ulcer. Methods A total of 80 patients with DF ulcer recurrence admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given the method of predictive nursing. The good nursing degree, blood glucose, quality of life, incidence of amputation and disease recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The good degree of foot care in observation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference the blood glucose index between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).The blood sugar index of two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing, the blood glucose index after nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Quality of life before nursing between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group and the control group after nursing were higher than those before nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of amputation and disease recurrence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of DF ulcer, improve the treatment effect and have clinical application value.
