四君子汤联合西药治疗对烧伤患者炎症反应及康复的影响

摘要目的探讨四君子汤联合西药治疗对烧伤患者炎症反应及康复的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月江西省贵溪市中医院外二科收治的64 例烧伤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，每组各32 例。对照组患者采用西医治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上加用四君子汤。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）]水平及不良反应。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为93.75%，高于对照组的50.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组患者的中医证候积分为（3.77±0.84）分，低于对照组的（7.92±0.86）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组患者的IL-6[（202.16±17.54）g/L]、TNF-α[（38.90±13.06）g/L]水平低于对照组[（232.64±16.31）、（57.24±12.13）g/L]，IL-2[（5.19±0.93）g/L]、IL-10[（90.42±6.73）g/L]高于对照组[（4.31±0.85）、（85.43±6.17）g/L]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论四君子汤联合西药治疗烧伤可有效缓解患者的临床症状，调节各炎症因子水平，无明显不良反应，疗效确切。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Sijunzi Decoction combined with Western medicine on inflammatory reaction and rehabilitation of burn patients.Methods A total of 64 burn patients admitted to the Second Department of Surgery,Guixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment,serum inflammatory factor(interleukin-2[IL-2],interleukin-6[IL-6],interleukin-10[IL-10],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α])levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,higher than 50.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was(3.77±0.84)points,lower than(7.92±0.86)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-6 in the study group was(202.16±17.54)mg/L,and the level of TNF-α was(38.90±13.06)mg/L,which were lower than those in the control group([232.64±16.31],[57.24±12.13]mg/L),IL-2 level was(5.19±0.93)mg/L,IL-10 level was(90.42±6.73)mg/L in the study group,which were higher than those in the control group([4.31±0.85),[85.43±6.17]mg/L),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of burn can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and regulate the levels of inflammatory factors without serious adverse reactions.
