Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and safety of Dexmedetomidine in analgesia of hysteroscopy laparoscopy surgery.Methods100 patients undergoing hysteroscopy laparoscopy surgery treated in our hospital from January to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases)and control group (50 cases).All patients were given anesthesia induction with Propofol and Rocuronium Bupropion+Fentanyl,Propofol+Remifentanil were used to maintain anesthesia,on this basis,the observation group was given Dexmedetomidine for vein continuous injection after anesthesia induction,while the control group was given equal normal saline for intravenous infusion.Heart rate, mean arterial pressure and bispectral index(BIS)after entering(t0),10 min after the start of operation(t1),20 min after the start of operation(t2),at the end of operation(t3),when extubation(t4)patients in two groups were recorded,and the digital analog scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of pain after 3,6,12,24 h operation in two groups,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.ResultsThere was significant difference in heart rate,mean arterial pressure and BIS score at t1-t4(except for heart rate of t4in two groups)t0between two groups(P<0.05). The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at t1and t4,and BIS was significantly lower than those of the control group at t1-t4comared with except fo heart rate of t4in two groups t1,t2and t3(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference of various indexes at other time points between two groups(P>0.05).VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 3,6,12,24 h after operation (P<0.05).It had no nausea and vomiting,shiver,while there were 5 cases of nausea and vomiting,4 cases of shiver and its incidence rate of adverse reactions was 18.0%in the control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionDexmedetomidine can be used in patients undergoing hysteroscopy laparoscopy surgery to relieve the postoperative pain and to control the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions.It is safe and worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
