右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼在全身麻醉患者术后镇痛中的应用效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe the application effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Sufentanil for postoperative analgesia in general anesthesia patients.MethodsA total of 104 patients undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were selected as subjects.According to a random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,52 cases in each group.In the control group,Sufentanil was used for analgesia,while in the study group,Dexmedetomidine combined with Sufentanil for analgesia was adopted.The Ramsay sedation score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,incision pain area and incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed in the two groups.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference in Ramsay sedation score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 30 min,3 h and 48 h,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 30 min,3 h and 48 h,the pain area of the postoperative incision in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.69%,while it was 11.53%in the comparison group,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Sufentanil for postoperative analgesia in general anesthesia patient is better compared with sole Sufentanil,which can effectively relieve pain and reduce the area of incision pain,and should be widely used and promoted in clinical practice.
