Objective To explore the clinical effect of Budesonide plus Salbutamol in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children. Methods A total of 100 children with bronchiolitis who were admitted to Xiamen Children′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the simple randomization method, they were divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with Budesonide, while the experimental group was treated with Budesonide combined with Salbutamol. The treatment effect, adverse reactions, symptom disappearance and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Symptoms disappeared and hospitalization time in experimental group were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Budesonide and Salbutamol in pediatric patients with bronchiolitis can achieve better results, shorten the recovery time, and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is of great significance.
