Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Thrombin Freeze-dried Powder combined with proton pump inhibitor in treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Ji′an City from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the method of dynamic random grouping, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with proton pump inhibitor, and the experimental group was treated with Thrombin Freeze-dried Powder combined with proton pump inhibitor. The clinical efficacy, coagulation indexes, platelet parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in plasma prothrombin time(PT),international normalized ratio(INR),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen content(Fg),platelet count(BPC),platelet specific volume(PCT)and mean blood platelet volume(MPV)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The PT,INR,APTT,TT,MPV of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the FG,BPC and PCT of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the PT,INR,APTT,TT,MPV in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the Fg,BPC and PCT in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thrombin freeze-dried powder combined with proton pump inhibitor has a significant effect treating peptic ulcer hemorrhage.
