Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin on balance of coagulation and fibrinolysis in patients undergoing hemodialysis for uremia. Methods A total of 124 patients with uremia who were treated with hemodialysis from January 2015 to January 2020 in Ansteel Group General Hospital were selected. They were divided into control group (62 cases) and observation group (62 cases) by random number table method. The control group received unfractionated Heparin anticoagulation therapy, and the observation group received Low Molecular Heparin anticoagulation therapy.Coagulation function indexes and occurrence of adverse hemodialysis events were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, levels of D-dimer,platelet count, activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time and fibrinogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of instrument or conduit coagulation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with unfractionated Heparin,Low Molecular Weight Heparin anticoagulation has a prominent effect on the balance of coagulation and fibrinolysis in uremic hemodialysis patients, and can effectively alleviate hypercoagulability and reduce the risk of hemodialysis failure.
