Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Runchang Decoction combined with Zhiyu Lotion in the treatment of postoperative complications of hemorrhoid ligation device modified internal injection. Methods A total of 200 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in the anorectal department of Kaiping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who were treated with a ligature modified internal ligation and internal injection from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into treatment group and control group by simple randomization method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the treatment group was treated with Runchang Decoction combined with Zhiyu Lotion. The patients of two groups were compared with indicators of difficulty in defecation, pain at the surgical mouth, bleeding at the surgical mouth, edema at the surgical mouth, and excellent healing of the surgical mouth. Results In the treatment group, the cases of defecation difficulty, surgical mouth pain, surgical mouth bleeding, and surgical mouth edema were fewer than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the number of cases of excellent surgical healing in the treatment group was more than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Runchang Decoction combined with Hemorrhoid Lotion for the treatment of hemorrhoid ligation device after internal ligation and injection, it can better solve the problem of defecation in patients with hemorrhoid surgery, promote healing of the operation port, and thus promote the rehabilitation of patients and is worthy of cliniclal popularization and application.
