Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different suture methods of the lower uterus on the scar thickness and complications of the lower uterus in re-pregnant women. Methods The clinical data of 86 pregnant women who were pregnant again after cesarean section in Dalian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All women underwent cesarean section at the first time of delivery and were divided into group A(66 cases, double uterine suture)and group B(20 cases, single uterine suture)according to different suture methods during cesarean section. The clinical indicators, pelvic adhesion degree and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the first cesarean section in group A was shorter than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood loss of the first cesarean section in group A and group B(P>0.05).The scar thickness of the lower uterine in group A was greater than that in group B during the re-pregnancy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of pelvic adhesion during the second cesarean section in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications during the second cesarean section in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To compare with the single uterine suture, the operation time of the double uterine suture is shorter, the blood loss is similar, the scar thickness of the lower uterine is thicker, the degree of pelvic adhesion is lower, and the total incidence of complications is lower.
