Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on middle-aged and elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with AMI admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the dynamic randomization method, they were divided into observation group and routine group, 50 cases in each group.Observation group adopted early cardiac rehabilitation nursing method, and the routine group used traditional care methods. The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA), symptom score, length of hospital stay, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the HAMA score of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group, symptom score was lower than those of the routine group, hospitalization time was shorter than those of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early cardiac rehabilitation care is more suitable for the treatment of elderly patients with AMI than traditional nursing. The clinical symptoms and HAMA scores of patients are improved, the incidence of complications is effectively inhibited, and the promotion value is high.
