Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of Butorphanol combined with Propofol in daytime gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery. Methods Sixty patients who underwent voluntary gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery from November 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases). The control group was anesthetized with Propofol, and the observation group was treated with Butorphanol on the basis of the control group. The differences of blood oxygen saturation(SpO2), heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), consciousness disappearance time after anesthesia, recovery time, dose of Propofol, anesthetic effect and adverse reactions before, during and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The SpO2, HR and MAP of the two groups were decreased during the operation, and the SpO2, HR and MAP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The anesthesia onset time and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).The dose of Propofol in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05).The anesthetic effect rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of respiratory depression of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of Butorphanol combined with Propofol titration in daytime gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery is obvious, and the amount of Propofol can be significantly reduced, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is an ideal anesthesia method and it is worthy of promotion and application in hospitals.
