Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of Propofol combined with Nalbuphine in painless induced abortion. Methods Altogether 48 cases of patients who underwent painless induced abortion from January to April 2018 were selected as the subjects, and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Propofol combined with Sufentanil, and the observation group was treated with the combination of Propofol and Nalbuphine. The total effective rate of anesthesia and total incidence of adverse reactions were conmpared, the blood oxygen saturation, heart rate and respiratory rate were observed, and the Propofol dosage and recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of anesthesia for painless induced abortion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood oxygen saturation, heart rate and respiratory rate between the two groups before anesthesia (P>0.05).The blood oxygen saturation, heart rate and respiratory rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Propofol dosage and recovery time between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Propofol combined with Nalbuphine demonstrates reliable effectiveness in anesthesia of painless induced abortion, which can better maintain the stability of kinetic parameters, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve safety.
