Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic treatment of shoulder dislocation combined with fracture of greater tubercle of humerus. Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with shoulder dislocation combined with fracture of greater tubercle of humerus from April 2017 to April 2018 were analyzed retrospectively, the patients were divided into participating group and the research group by balanced grouping method, with 23 cases in each group. The participating group treated with traditional methods, and the research group treated with arthroscope for surgery. The total effective rate, complication rate, visual analogue scale (VAS) score,Neer shoulder function score and joint activity of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.65%,which was higher than 65.22% of the participating group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the research group was 4.35%,which was lower than 34.78% in the participation group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS score and joint activity score of the research group were lower than those of the participation group, and neer elbow function score was higher than that of the participation group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of shoulder dislocation combined with fracture of greater tubercle of humerus can improve the treatment effect of patients, reduce the incidence of complications of patients, relieve the pain of patients, improve the elbow joint function and activity of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
