Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of position management after hip joint replacement on the prevention of prosthesis dislocation. Methods A total of 34 patients with artificial hip arthroplasty in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled as study subjects.By odd or even number, they were divided into control group (n=17)and study group (n=17).In the control group, routine nursing was applied, while in the study group,on the basis of the control group, position management was adopted. The compliance rate, the incidence of prosthesis dislocation, score knowledge of preventing prosthesis dislocation and the improvement of hip function were compared and evaluated. Results The compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of prosthesis dislocation was lower than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the study group, score knowledge of prosthesis dislocation prevention and the hip function scores were higher compared with those in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Postural management after hip arthroplasty is beneficial to prevent prosthesis dislocation, increase compliance rate and improves hip function, which is worthy of clinical reference and further promotion.
