Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing intervention on infertile patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods A total of 64 infertile women with premature ovarian failure from May 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected.By the random number table method, they were equally divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing was used, while in the observation group were provided with integrated TCM nursing intervention. The clinical indicators, nursing satisfaction and quality of life after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Estradiol(E2)and anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)were(74.64±6.18)pmol/L and(2.47±3.29)ng/mL in the observation group, both higher than those in the control group,(53.96±7.13)pmol/L and (1.53±0.36)ng/ml with statistical significance (P<0.05).The follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)in the observation group was (34.26±3.97)U/L,lower than that in the control group of(46.65±3.81)U/L,with a significance difference(P<0.05).In the observation group, the scores of physiological function, psychological function, social function and dietary function were(89.72±1.26),(89.28±4.36),(91.37±1.42),and(92.63±1.35)point,all higher than those in the control group(78.47±2.63),(80.65±3.27),(79.72±2.48),and(81.28±1.59)point accordingly with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated TCM nursing can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of infertility patients with premature ovarian failure, ameliorate the quality of life, and speed up the recovery of ovarian function.
