腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的效果比较

摘要目的探讨腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1～12月急性阑尾炎患者120例，根据手术方法将其分为对照组、观察组，每组60例。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间明显短于对照组，观察组术中出血量少于对照组，切口小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎相比较传统开腹手术可明显缩短治疗时间，降低并发症发生率，促进康复，临床应用价值高。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to surgical methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the patients in the observation group was obviously shorter than that of the control group.The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the incision was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional laparotomy,laparoscopic surgery can obviously shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications,promote recovery,and has high clinical application value.
