Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical receiving a patient for treatment condition in 217 vagrants with dysphrenia.MethodsThe clinical data about 217 vagrants with dysphrenia treated from June 1 to August 31,2017 in our hospital was analyzed.The general data,diagnosis classifications,disease classification and final treatment outcomes were observed.ResultsFor 217 patients,the rate of schizophrenia was highest(45.16%,98 cases),followed by psychotic disorder(39.17%,85 cases).There were 138 complicated cases(63.59%),including 15 cases of infectious diseases(10.87%),22 cases of soft tissue injury(15.94%),45 cases of moderate anemia(32.61%),12 cases of hypertension(8.70%),32 cases of electrocardiographic abnormality(23.19%),8 cases of diabetes mellitus(5.80%),3 cases of fibroid(2.17%)and one pregnant case(0.72%).There were 122 cases of returning back to family life(56.22%),91 cases of receiving the social assistance (41.94%)and 4 cases of transferring to another hospital(1.84%)and the rate of returning back to family life(56.22%)was significantly higher than that of social assistance(41.94%),transferring rate(1.84%)(P<0.05).ConclusionThe vagrants with dysphrenia have their special social,mental and physiological characteristics and it is necessary to actively take the treatment and family and social assistance.It is worthy of clinical selection.
