Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of asthma and COPD overlap syndrome (ACOS) of inhaled corticosteroid combined with Tiotropium therapy.MethodsFrom January 2016 to June 2017,100 patients who met the criteria for diagnosis of ACOS were selected. They were divided into two groups according to the different treatment drugs:Sulidide combined with Tiotropium Bromide inhalation group (experimental group,60 cases)and Sulidide inhalation group(control group,40 cases). The pulmonary function indexes were compared before and after treatment. The scores of asthma symptom, chronic obstructive pulmonary symptom and acute exacerbation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the lung function of the two groups was improved, but the lung function index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ACT,CAT,COPD score and acute exacerbation times showed no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).ACT,CAT of two groups after treatment were significantly decreased, the frequency of acute exacerbation was significantly reduced, but the experimental group after treatment score and acute exacerbation times were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimented group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe effects of Sulidide inhalation combined with Tiotropium Bromide in ACOS are good, and the prognosis of patients can be improved.
