Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic internal fixation combined with continuous passivemovement(CPM)in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.MethodsA total of 80 patientswith tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from November 2015 to August 2017 were studied and grouped according to the random number tablemethod.In the control group,40 patientswere treated with arthroscopic assisted reduction and internal fixation,and the regular active knee exercise training was performed after operation.A total of 40 patients in the observation group were combined with continuous passivemotion after operation.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared after 12 weeks.ResultsAfter 2 and 12 weeks,knee extensor activity,knee activity of observation group were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);12 weeks after the operation,the total score of Rasmussen in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that in the control group(77.50%[31/40]),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionArthroscopy assisted reduction and internal fixation combined with CPM in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has a significant effect,which can promote the recovery of the knee joint function,and it isworth popularizing.
