Influence of preoperative injection of different vasoactive drugs on the maternal and neonatal during the spinal-epidural anesthesia of cesarean section in severe pre-eclampsia patients

Abstract：Objective To study the influence of preoperative injection of different vasoactive drugs on the maternal and neonatal during the spinal-epidural anesthesia of cesarean section in severe pre-eclampsia patients.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,60 severe pre-eclampsia patients undergoing the spinal-epidural anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and divided to three groups by radom digital table method,20 cases in each group.Group A took the pumping injection of ephedrine (2 mg/min).Group B took the pumping injection of norepinephrine(25 ug/min).Group C took the equivalent normal saline.The final outcomes were observed.Results At 1,10,12 and 15 min,there was no significant difference in the blood pressure among three groups(P＞0.05).At 3,5 and 7 min,the blood pressure in Group C was significantly lower than that in Group A and Group B (P＜0.05).At 1 min,there was no significant difference in the heart rate among three groups(P＞0.05).At 3,5,7,10,12 and 15 min,the heart rate in Group C was significantly higher than that in Group A and Group B,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 5 min,the heart rate in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group A,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant a difference in the lactic acid,PCO2,PO2,BE and pH among three groups (P＞0.05).The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting in Group A and Group B was lower than that in Group C,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion During the spinal-epidural anesthesia of cesarean section,the preoperative injection of Ephedrine and Norepinephrine can maintain the hemodynamics stability,keep the blood concentration and improve the maternal and neonatal prognosis.
