Abstract:Objective To observe and investigate the influence of intravenous infusion for the hemorheology and fetal blood flow of pregnant women with critical amniotic fluid oligohydramnios in late pregnancy. Methods 120 pregnant women with critical amniotic fluid oligohydramnios in late pregnancy from January to December 2016,were selected for the study, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. The control group were without intravenous infusion, the observation group were treated with intravenous infusion. Then the hemorheology, fetal umbilical artery blood flow indexes and pregnancy outcome of two groups before and after the intervention were analyzed and compared. Results The hemorheology and fetal umbilical artery blood flow indexes of two groups before the intervention were compared, the difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the hemorheology, fetal umbilical artery blood flow indexes and the rate of abnormal pregnancy in observation group after the intervention were all lower than those of conrtrol group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The influence of intravenous infusion for the hemorheology and fetal blood flow of pregnant women with critical amniotic fluid oligohydramnios in late pregnancy are better, and it has certain clinical significance for the improvement of fetus and pregnant women′state.
