Abstract:Objective To compared and evaluate the value of X-ray and CT diagnosis in knee joint injury. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017,100 patients with knee joint injury were selected in Chancheng Hi-tech Zone Hospitaland Lecong Hospital,Shunde District,Foshan City,Guangdong Province, hospital, all patients were diagnosed by X-ray and CT,and the surgical results were taken as diagnostic criteria. The detection rate, fracture collapse and splitting distance of the types of injury (ligament injury, meniscal injury and tibial plateau fracture)diagnosed between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between CT diagnosis and surgical results(P>0.05).And CT diagnosis in fracture collapse, splitting distance results were more close to the surgical results, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).X-ray diagnosis and surgical results between the types of injury(ligament injury, meniscal injury, tibial plateau fracture)detection rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);X-ray diagnosis in fracture collapse, splitting distance between the results and surgical results, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of X-ray diagnosis was 90.00%(90/100)which was lower than that of CT diagnosis[99.00%(99/100)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For knee injury patients, the application value of CT diagnosis is more remarkable compared with that by X-ray,and the former can effectively and accurately reflect the knee joint injury.
