Abstract:Objective To study and explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of senile degenerative heart valvular disease(SDHVD).Methods From March 2013 to July 2017,130 elderly patients with suspected SDHVD in our hospital were selected as research objects.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound.With reference to clinical comprehensive diagnostic results,the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound for SDHVD were calculated.The consistency between the diagnostic results of color Doppler ultrasound and clinical diagnosis was analyzed,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of SDHVD in different types was statistically analyzed.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of SDHVD were 94.23%,96.15%,and 94.61%,respectively,which proved a great consistence between the diagnostic results of color Doppler ultrasound and clinical diagnosis(Kappa=0.735).The diagnostic accordance rates of color Doppler ultrasound in aortic valve calcification,mitral valve calcification,and combined valve calcification were 96.23%,96.43%,and 100.00%respectively.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of SDHVD,color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis has a high sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy,can be used to distinguish the different types of valvular heart disease in a relatively high diagnostic value.
