Abstract：Nurses as an ordinary and special profession in today′s society,face with the pressure from many sides.Most of the clinical nurses shows different degrees of psychological anxiety.Related Literature have a lot of research for that. But most of them are based on the qualitative research of data statistics,and the quantitative research is less.This article will be on the basis of the preliminary questionnaire survey data,setting up discrete choice Probit model to empirical analyze the related factors that affecting the clinical nurses psychological anxiety degree and then draws quantitative and qualitative conclusions.Putting forward reasonable suggestions on the basis of analysis influence.
