针对性护理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨针对性护理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2013年2月～2015年2月的100例老年高血压患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施针对性护理，观察两组护理前后血压的改变情况，同时记录两组高血压并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果干预后，两组血压均有所下降，且观察组的血压低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组脑出血、脑梗死、心绞痛、心肌梗死和肾损害的发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对性护理有助于老年高血压患者的血压控制，可减少高血压并发症的发生，提高患者生存质量，护理效果显著。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 100 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing care.The observation group was given the targeted nursing.The changes of blood pressure in the two groups was observed before and after nursing，and the incidence of hypertension complications，quality of life score in the two groups was recorded.Results After intervention，the blood pressure in two groups was decreased，and the blood pressure in observation group was lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage，cerebral infarction，angina，myocardial infarction and renal injury in observation group were lower than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The quality of life score in observation group was higher than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing can help to control the blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension，which can reduce the complications and improve the quality of life.Its nursing effect is remarkable.
