优质护理服务在外科门诊护理工作中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨优质护理服务在外科门诊护理工作中的应用效果。方法选择2013年11月～2014年7月实施优质护理服务后的外科门诊就诊的50例患者为观察组，2013年1～10月未实施优质护理服务前在我院外科门诊就诊的50例患者为对照组。对照组给予常规接诊及护理，观察组采用在此基础上给予一系列优质护理服务措施。于术前、术中分别测定两组患者的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP），采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估两组患者的术后疼痛，并在护理前后采用焦虑评分表（SAS）和抑郁评分表（SDS）评估两组患者的心理状态，采用调查问卷方式调查两组患者对护理服务的满意度。结果通过优质护理服务措施，观察组患者术前、术中的DBP、SBP均较对照组有明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），护理后观察组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），两组患者术后疼痛评估比较，对照组患者术后VAS评分明显较观察组患者增高（P＜0.05），观察组患者总满意度达到98.0%，明显高于对照组的84.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理服务的实施推动了外科门诊护理工作的开展，进一步提高外科门诊的护理工作质量，不仅可以改善患者的心理状况，更能减轻患者的疼痛，提高患者满意度。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing applied to surgical operation on outpatients.Methods 50 patients in surgical operation on outpatients from in November 2013 to July 2014 after the implementation of the quality of nursing service were chose as the observation group，from January 2013 to October before implementation of the quality of nursing service 50 cases were chose as control group.The control group were given conventional nursing，and observation group were given high quality nursing.The two groups were observed in the blood pressure change.The pain of patients were observed by VAS.The negative emotions of patients were investigated with the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS).The satisfaction of nursing service in two groups were observed by way of questionnaire survey.Results After the high quality nursing service，DBP and SBP preoperative and intraoperative of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05)，The scores of SAS and SDS after nursing of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05)，The scores of VAS in the control group were significantly higher than that of the observation group (P＜0.05)，The satisfaction rate of observation group was 98.0%，was significantly higher than that(84.0%) control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can promote the work of outpatient surgical nursing，improve negative emotions of patients，further improve the quality of outpatient surgical nursing.It not only can improve the psychological status of patients，also can ease the pain of patients，and improve the satisfaction of patients.
