Abstract：Objective To compare the effect between tota1 thyroid 1obectomy and subtota1 thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodu1e.Methods 96 patients with thyroid nodu1e in our hospita1 from June 2013 to June 2015 were se-1ected and random1y divided into the contro1 group and the study group,48 patients in each group.The contro1 group was treated with subtota1 thyroidectomy,the study group was treated with tota1 thyroid 1obectomy.The operation time,the amount of b1eeding during operation,hospita1ization time and the incidence rate of comp1ication after operation was compared between the two groups reapective1y.Results The amount of b1eeding during operation in the study group was 1ess than that in the contro1 group,the hospita1ization time in the study group was shorter than that in the contro1 group, with significant difference（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups （P＞0.05）.The incidence rate of comp1ication in the study group was 14.58％,which was 1ower than 54.17％in the contro1 group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The effect of thyroid g1and 1obectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodu1e is better than that of subtota1 thyroidectomy,with sma11 incision and 1ow incidence rate of comp1ication,it is worthy of c1inica1 promotion and app1ication.
