综合护理干预对重症颅脑损伤患者的临床效果分析

摘要目的探讨综合护理干预对重症颅脑损伤患者临床效果及昏迷程度的影响。方法选择2013年11月～2015年4月于我院进行住院治疗的94例重症颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象，随机分为综合干预组与常规干预组，各47例。对比分析两组患者干预前后的NIHSS评分、BI评分及GCS评分。结果两组患者干预后的NIHSS评分较干预前明显下降（P＜0.05）；综合干预组患者干预后的NIHSS评分低于常规干预组（P＜0.05）；两组患者干预后的BI评分较干预前明显增加（P＜0.05）；综合干预组患者干预后的BI评分高于常规干预组（P＜0.05）；两组患者干预后GCS评分较干预前明显下降（P＜0.05）；综合干预组患者干预后的GCS评分低于常规干预组（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预对重症颅脑损伤患者临床效果显著，且能够明显改善患者昏迷状态。

Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in severe craniocerebra1 injury patients and its impact on degree of coma. Methods 94 severe craniocerebra1 injury patients from November 2013 to Apri1 2015 of our hospita1 were se1ected as study object.Patients were random1y divided into comprehensive intervention group and routine intervention group and each group was 47 cases.NIHSS score，BI score and GCS score before and after intervention in two groups were compared. Results After intervention，the NIHSS score in two groups were decreased obvious compared with before intervention (P＜0.05).After intervention，the NIHSS score in comprehensive intervention group was 1ower than that of routine intervention group (P＜0.05).After intervention，the BI score in two groups were increased obvious compared with before intervention (P＜0.05).After intervention，the NIHSS score in comprehensive intervention group was higher than that of routine intervention group (P＜0.05).After intervention，the GCS score in two groups were decreased obvious compared with before intervention (P＜0.05).After intervention，the GCS score in comprehensive intervention group was 1ower than that of routine intervention group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in severe craniocerebra1 injury patients has obvious c1inica1 effects and can improve the coma degree of patients obvious.
