Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in severe craniocerebra1 injury patients and its impact on degree of coma. Methods 94 severe craniocerebra1 injury patients from November 2013 to Apri1 2015 of our hospita1 were se1ected as study object.Patients were random1y divided into comprehensive intervention group and routine intervention group and each group was 47 cases.NIHSS score,BI score and GCS score before and after intervention in two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the NIHSS score in two groups were decreased obvious compared with before intervention (P<0.05).After intervention,the NIHSS score in comprehensive intervention group was 1ower than that of routine intervention group (P<0.05).After intervention,the BI score in two groups were increased obvious compared with before intervention (P<0.05).After intervention,the NIHSS score in comprehensive intervention group was higher than that of routine intervention group (P<0.05).After intervention,the GCS score in two groups were decreased obvious compared with before intervention (P<0.05).After intervention,the GCS score in comprehensive intervention group was 1ower than that of routine intervention group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in severe craniocerebra1 injury patients has obvious c1inica1 effects and can improve the coma degree of patients obvious.
