协同护理模式在老年糖尿病肾病行腹膜透析患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨协同护理模式在老年糖尿病肾病行腹膜透析患者中的应用效果。　方法选取我院收治的138例老年糖尿病肾病行腹膜透析患者，根据掷骰子法随机分为观察组和对照组，各69例。对照组患者采取传统护理模式进行护理，观察组采取协同护理模式进行系统护理。比较两组护理模式的生活质量评分、Zung抑郁评分情况及并发症总发生率。　结果观察组患者经护理干预后的生活质量评分高于对照组，而抑郁程度（0.56±0.02）分及并发症总发生率（8.70%）明显低于对照组抑郁程度（0.61±0.07）分及并发症总发生率（36.23%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。　结论应用协同护理模式对老年糖尿病肾病行腹膜透析患者进行全方位护理，能够有效地缓解患者紧张、焦虑情绪，患者生活质量较高。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of collaborative care model on elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy in peritoneal dialysis.Methods 138 cases of elderly diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，69 cases in each group.The control group took the traditional nursing mode for nursing，the observation group adopted the cooperative nursing mode to carry on the systematic nursing.The quality of life score，Zung depression score and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results After nursing intervention，the quality of life score，Zung depression score　（0.56±0.02）and the total complication rate（8.70%）were significantly better than Zung depression score（0.61±0.07）and the total complication rate（36.23%）of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Application of collaborative nursing model on elderly diabetic nephropathy patients by peritoneal dialysis can effectively relieve patients with tension，anxiety，patients with higher quality of life，has a more comprehensive understanding of peritoneal dialysis process，attention and related knowledge，but the long-term clinical effect is still need to be confirmed by prolonging follow-up time and increasing the sample size.
