Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of family planning service after artificial abortion on contraceptive measure.Methods 1000 female patients underwent artificial abortion in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research object，500 patients received family planning service after operation were selected as the observation group，and the other 500 patients refused family panning service were selected as the control group.Patients in both groups were followed up at 6 months after artificial abortion to explore the awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge，satisfaction rate of the intervention，the rate of unplanned pregnancy and the condition of repeated artificial abortion.Results The score of contraceptive knowledge after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The rate of unplanned pregnancy and repeated artificial abortion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The satisfaction rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Family planning service intervention after artificial abortion can effectively improve the patient′s contraceptive knowledge score，the effect is significant，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
