围绝经期子宫肌瘤的治疗现状

摘要子宫肌瘤为女性最常见的生殖系统良性肿瘤，多见于育龄期女性，但研究显示处于围绝经期的女性，其子宫肌瘤的患病率也较高。虽然大多数围绝经期子宫肌瘤会随着女性雌激素的降低而停止生长甚至缩小，但仍有部分未治疗的子宫肌瘤在进入绝经期后，会出现继续生长甚至恶变的现象。本文旨在探讨围绝经期子宫肌瘤治疗的必要性及其治疗方式的选择。

Abstract：Fibroid is the most commonly seen benign urogenital tumors for females，which is commonly seen in females in child bearing period.However，studies have demonstrated that the morbidity rate of fibroid is also high in perimenopausal females.Although most of the perimenopausal fibroid will cease growth or even get narrowed along with the reduction of estrogen level，but some untreated perimenopausal fibroid，rather than narrow down，may continue to growth or even turn malignant after entering the menopausal period.This article aims to discuss the necessity of the treatment of perimenopausal fibroid and the selection of therapeutic approaches.
