Abstract：Objective To investigate the impact of humane care on the operating room nursing quality in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 40 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group，and the patients were given radical gastrectomy，and given operating room humane care；Another 40 cases of patients with gastric cancer were given radical gastrectomy at the same time as the control group，and these patients were only accepted operating room routine care.Compared with the two groups of patients before and after nursing in nursing quality score，satisfaction，postoperative anal exhaust time，ambulation time，anxiety and depression level.Results The nursing quality score of observation group was（93.15±2.64），and the control group was（81.43± 2.57），there was statistical significance of the two groups（t=20.119，P=0.000）.The satisfaction of observation group was 97.50%，while the control group was 80.00%，there was statistical significance of the two groups（χ2=6.135，P=0.013）.The postoperative anal exhaust time and ambulation time of observation group were （1.82±0.31）d and （5.13±0.91）d，while control group were（3.23±0.24）d and（7.51±1.64）d，there was statistical significance of the two groups（t=22.746，P=0.000；t=8.026，P=0.000）.There was no statistical differences between the anxiety and depression scores before the nursing（P＞0.05）.The scale of SAS and SDS of observation group were（37.56±6.13）and（34.26±3.65），while the control group were （43.18±5.11）and（39.18±4.22），there was statistical significance between the two groups（t=4.454，P=0.000；t=4.863，P= 0.000）.Conclusion Human care can improve the quality of care in patients with gastric cancer，and improve patients′satisfaction of surgery，shorten the postoperative anal exhaust time and ambulation time，also can decrease anxiety and depression level of patients，it is worth to promotion and application in clinical practice.
