Abstract:Objective To explore the significance of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 80 cases with polycystic ovarian syndrome treated in our hospital from April 2012 to May 2015 were arranged for observation group, and in the same time,80 patients with because of other factors causing infertility selected from our hospital were arranged for control group, all the patients were tested by three-dimensional ultrasound, vascularization index(VI),flow index(FI)and vascularization flow index(VFI),follicle number in two groups were compared, and endocrine indexes were determinated. Results In observation group VI,FI,VFI and number of follicles was higher than that in control group respectively, and the difference was significant between two groups (P<0.05);Progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the differences was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound has a higher application value in polycystic ovary syndrome, through determination of VI,FI and VFI,follicle number and combined with endocrine indexes detection. In ultrasound diagnosis for polycystic ovary syndrome has significantly clinical effect.
