Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of cervus and cucumis polypeptide for injection in the treatment of limbs fracture.Methods 80 patients with limbs fracture and who accepted treatments in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were taken as the research objects,and according to the random number table method the patients were divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each group.In the control group,they were treated with the open reduction and internal fixation and were given the rountine symptomatic treatment,anti infection and limb function training guidance after the operation while in the study group,on the basis of the treatment in the control group,they were treated with the cervus and cucumis polypeptide for injection.Then,the treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Two groups of patients after treatment,the VAS score in the study group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01);The fracture healing time of upper limbs and lower limbs in the study group were lower than those of control group (P<0.01).The excellent rate in the study group was 92.5%,which was higher than that of control group of 72.5%(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effects of cervus and cucumis polypeptide for injection in the treatment of limbs fracture are definite,which can accelerate the healing of the fracture site and improve the prognosis in the great extent,thus it is worthy to be applied and promoted in the clinical.
