Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of autologous blood transfusion in surgery.M ethods In January 2013 to December 2015,80 cases of patients received surgical treatment and intraoperative blood transfusion in the hospital were selected as the research object.According to the differentways of blood transfusion, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, each group had 40 cases. The observation group received autologous blood transfusion, and the control group received allogeneic blood transfusion. The intraoperative blood transfusion volume and the amount of bleeding, postoperative bleeding and the amount of blood transfusion, incidence of complications were compared between two groups, and the hemoglobin concentration of two groups before surgery and after surgery,1 day,3 dayswere compared. Results There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding during operation between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05),but the amount of blood transfusion, blood transfusion and blood loss after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Before surgery and after first days, third days, the hemoglobin concentration of the observation group and the control group was compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower compared with the control group of 15.0% (P<0.05).Conclusion In the surgery, the patientsgiven blood volume replacementby autologous blood transfusion, can ensure the full supplementblood volume, the maintenance ofblood circulation,as far as possible to reduce complications, butalso can effectively save blood resources.
