Abstract:Objective To analyze the adverse reaction of large doses of opioid in the treatment of the patientswith cancer pain atmiddle and late stage and to explore the related nursing countermeasures.Methods 100 cases of large doses of opioid in the treatment of the patientswith cancer pain atmiddle and late stage from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospitalwere selected divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the different nursing methods,50 cases in the each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing intervention effect and the satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the experimental group was 18%,which was lower than 34%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The survival quality score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 92%,which was higher than 78%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application effect of predictive nursing intervention in large doses of opioids in the treatment of the patientswith cancer pain atmiddle and late stage is significant,which can significantly reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction,improve their quality of life and the degree of nursing satisfaction,it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
