Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of humanized nursing in perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.M ethods 100 patients,conducted laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,from January 2015 to December 2015 of our hospital were selected and were random ly divided into control group and observation group,each group was 50 cases.Patients in control group were given routine perioperative nursing,and patients in observation group were given humanized nursing on the basis of routine perioperative nursing.The hospital stay,recovery time of bowel sound,anal exhaust time and the incidence of post operative complication in two groupswere observed and compared.The postoperative pain in two groups was evaluated,and the total effective rate and satisfaction degree were statistical analyzed.Results The hospital stay,recovery time of bowel sound and anal exhaust time in observation group were lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);The postoperative sensory score,emotional points,PRI total score,PPIand VAS in observation group were lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);The total effective rate,satisfaction degree and the incidence rate of post operative complication in observation group were better than that of control group,and the difference between two groups was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effects of humanistic nursing in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy perioperative nursing care are obvious,which can decrease the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of intestinal function and isworth to popularize in clinical.
