Abstract:Objective To discover application effect of psychological nursing intervention in that magnesium sulfate treats pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 88 cases of pregnantwomen with pregnancy-introduced hypertension,who was admitted into our hospital between June 2014 to January 2015,the patients had been randomly divided two groups,control group and observation group,and each group contained 44 cases.The women under control group were given by routine nursing and observed body indicators.The observation group were not only offered by routine nursing but also were intervened by psychological nursing.The treatment efficacy,adverse effect rate and nursing satisfaction level of the two groups under the different nursingmodes were compared.Results The result showed that the total efficacy rate of 44 cases of pregnant women under observation group who received psychological nursing intervention reached 93.18%,the total treatment efficacy rate of control group was 77.27%.The adverse effect rate of observation group was 6.82%,compared to the control group whose adverse effect rate was 20.45%.The nursing satisfaction rate of observation and control group were 95.45%,77.27%respectively.The total treatment efficacy rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,which showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The adverse effect rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group patients,which showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction level of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension withmagnesium sulfate can greatly improvematernal treatment efficacy,relievematernal tension and reduce drug adverse effect,which has high clinical application value.
