Abstract:Objective To explore the effective nursingmeasures to improve the success of blood sampling in neonatal disease screening. Methods 152 newborns from March 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, observe group was enhanced neonatal blood sampling before and after nursing intervention on the base of routine nursing. The neonates in the two groups through the heel blood collected for disease screening, neonatal blood results and family satisfaction of two groupswere compared. Results Time of blood taking of observation group was shorter than that of the control group, blood spot diameterwas less than thatof controlgroup, and a success rate ofobservation group was93.42%(71/76),higher than thatof control group of 100.00%,the incidence of neonatal red and swollen of observation group was 0.00%,significantly lower than that of control group of 6.58%(5/76),the differencewas significant(P<0.05),family satisifaction of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to strengthen the nursing intervention of neonatal disease screening, and has a high clinical value.
