Quality standard of 0.01%atropine sulfate eye drops

Abstract：Objective To establish the quality standard for 0.01%atropine sulfate eye drops.Methods Atropine sulfate content in the formulation was quantitatively determined by HPLC tometry.Results The linear range of atropine sulfate was l0 to 60μg/ml（r=0.9999）.The average recovery rate was l00.4%（RSD=0.3%，n=9）.Conclusion By HPLC tometry，this is a easy，precise and repeatable method.It can be used as a quality control for the 0.01%atropine sulfate eye drops.
