Determination method of content of chelerythrine in Weitongping Capsules

Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of chelerythrine in Weitongping Capsules.MethodsThe content of chelerythrine in Weitongping Capsules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The chromatographic column was Agilent XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,2.5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1%triethylamine solution (26∶74;pH value re-adjusted to 3.0).The detection wavelength was 269 nm,the column temperature was 25℃,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the injection volume was 10 μl.ResultsLinear range of chelerythrine was 2.62-43.67 μg/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.88%and RSD was 1.91%(n=9).ConclusionThe established method is accurate,sensitive and simple,in good stability and reproducibility,and specificity,which can control the quality of Weitongping Capsule in a better way.
