Abstract：Objective To discuss the significance of transportion work of the critical neonate.Methods The disease,outcome and process of the double process transportion of critical neonate from the 1stJanuary 2013 to 31stDecember 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyized.Results 397 cases of the critical neonate were transported from basic level hospitals since 1stJanuary 2013 to 31stDecember 2015 in our hospital.And the mortality rate on the way of transport was 0.The neonate were actively rescued by medical staff of NICU after admission,389 cases of the critical neonate were cured and improved,2 cases was transferred to the superior hospital,4 cases automatic discharged,two of them died，the success rate of rescuing was 99.5%.The disease kinds of the transportion of critical neonatal:premature neonatal was 41.8%,neonatal pneumonia disease was 17.4%，neonatal asphyxia was 11.1%,hyperbilirubinemia was 8.3%，cyanoderma was 5.5%；respiratory distress syndrome was 5.3%；neoborn vomiting was 3.8%；hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy was 2.0%.Conclusion Establishment of regional critical neonatal transportation network can help the critically ill newborns get better,faster treatment,thereby reduce the mortality rate and disability rate.
