Abstract:ObjectiveTo study and analyze the expression and clinical significance of serum free amino acids and pulmonary surfactant proteins of patients with pulmonary cancer.MethodsSeventy patients with pulmonary cancer from July 2015 to May 2016 in the Second People′s Hospital of Wuxi City were selected as the observation group, and 70 healthy personswere selected as the control group, then the serum free amino acids and pulmonary surfactant proteins of two groupswere detected and compared, then the serum free amino acids and pulmonary surfactant proteins of observation group with different types and stages of pulmonary cancer were compared too,and the relationship between the serum free amino acids, pulmonary surfactant proteins and pulmonary cancer were analyzed by the Logistic analysis.ResultsThe serum free amino acids of observation group were all worse than those of control group, serum pulmonary surfactant proteins A,B,C were all higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and the detection results of serum free amino acid and pulmonary surfactant proteins of patientswith different clinical stages of pulmonary cancer had statistically significant differences (P<0.05),while the detection results of serum free amino acid and pulmonary surfactant proteins of patients with different types had no statistically significant differences (P>0.05);Logistic analysis showed that, the serum free amino acids and pulmonary surfactant proteins all had close relationship with the pulmonary cancer(P<0.05).ConclusionThe detection value of serum free amino acids and pulmonary surfactant proteins of patients with pulmonary cancer are higher, and its clinical significance for the stages of pulmonary cancer is higher too.
